Retro Games Ltd (RGL) is taking us on a nostalgic journey with their latest creation, THEA1200, a full-size working replica of the iconic Amiga 1200. This announcement comes after the success of their previous retro consoles, THESPECTRUM and THEA500 Mini. While it may not be as flashy as Valve's Steam Frame, both machines share a similar foundation, running Linux on Arm64 architecture and emulating a different CPU to bring classic games to life.
A Blast from the Past: In a fascinating twist of fate, the original Back to the Future movie and the first Amiga 1000 were both launched in July 1985.
